Cruise & Mingle collects Member-submitted personally
identifiable information, such as name, e-mail address,
and age, to authenticate Members and to send notifications
to Members relating to the Website and/or the Service.
With the exceptions of inviting people to join the Service
and sharing photo,reviews and comments with non-Members
of the Service, a Member's full name is never directly
revealed to other Members or Visitors. However, to facilitate
searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the
Service, Cruise & Mingle allows Members and/or Visitors
to search for other Members by first and last name.
Although a Member's age is displayed in connection with
his or her profile, a Member's birthday is never shared
or displayed to other Members or Visitors. Similarly,
a Member's e-mail address is never shared or displayed
to other Members or Visitors. Members communicate with
each other through the Service without disclosing their
e-mail addresses.
Cruise & Mingle also collects other information
for Member profiles, including but not limited to a
Member's location, hometown, gender, marital status,
education, occupation, personal interests, and travel-related
information to assist Members and/or Visitors find and
communicate with each other. This information, as well
as a Member's photos, first name, and age, are displayed
and shared with other Members and/or Visitors to facilitate
interaction on the Service.
In addition, Cruise&Mingle.com logs Internet Protocol
(IP) addresses from Members and Visitors for security,
monitoring, and maintenance purposes. An IP address
is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer
whenever you access pages on the internet. When you
request a page from the Website, our servers automatically
identify your computer by its IP address and log this
information.
Cruise & Mingle may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake
or contest on the Website. You may be asked to provide
personal information, including but not limited to your
name, e-mail address, phone number, or home address,
in order to participate. By entering a Cruise &
Mingle-related promotion, sweepstake or contest, you
provide Cruise&Mingle.com with express permission
to transfer your personal information to a co-sponsor
of the promotion/sweepstake/contest, including but not
limited to an ad partner. Personal information will
be used to notify the finalists and/or winners and to
award prizes. Cruise & Mingle and/or a co-sponsor
reserve the right to publish names of contest/promotion/sweepstake
winners and their cities or towns of residence to ensure
transparency in the contest/promotion/sweepstake process
